This image shows the complete Moon, a few days after full moon. It's not a ccd image, but an image made with conventional photographic equipment. The advantage of photographic film is a big field of view, the Moon easily fits on it. But it's drawback is much lower image quality. The camera was mounted behind my telescope (f = 1200 mm). The image was taken around 21:15 UT on Kodak TMAX Pro 400 ASA film, with an exposuretime of 1/30 s.
